Our elaborate TV speaker system was shorting out and Ben from R Squared came over the same day I called and spent a while trouble shooting the problem. Once he identified it he then had to investigate how to fix it, which was super difficult due to messed up wiring in our house, but he thought of a creative solution and moved our TV box and pre amp around and came up with a fabulous solution which made everything 100% better and solved the speaker short-out. Lovely, smart, intelligent guy who was not outfaced by a difficult problem. I have used R Squared several times before and cannot say enough great stuff about them. Utterly professional, knowledgeable, smart efficient and well priced. You really feel you're in the hands of someone who cares about you and who comes to your aid like a knight in shining armor.
